One of my favourite things to do is schedule a breakfast order for the next day, so I can enjoy coffee and some fruit or pastries on the balcony in the morning.

Additionally, you can restock your minibar through the Palace Elite App, customizing your drink requests and even adding snacks like chips, cookies, candy, and chocolate. It’s a convenient way to keep your room stocked with your favourites drinks or snacks.
What is the Moon Palace Cancun Restaurants Dress Code?
Each of the restaurants and bars has a particular dress code, which is described in the app. However, we found that the resort was quite forgiving with the dress code. For example, we saw lots of guests wearing logo shirts, hats, and running shoes.
The only time we were ever turned away was when our daughter tried to go to Pepe’s Pizza and was only wearing her bathing suit with no cover-up.
Of course, this could always change, but based on our experience, the dress code was somewhat relaxed during our visit.
Does Moon Palace Cancun Accommodate Dietary Restrictions?
While our family doesn’t have any dietary restrictions, I can share that I did notice vegetarian and gluten-free options listed on the menus at several restaurants.
